Leonard Rubin discusses the constitutional issues affecting various entertainment industries and celebrities. Mr. Rubin will analyze the interplay between the First Amendment's Freedom of Speech guarantee and numerous industries, including music, broadcasting and publishers. While comparing and contrasting caselaw and using examples from his own experience as in-house counsel for a notorious magazine publisher, Mr. Rubin will also discuss Federal Act and Commission oversight on these industries.
