For nearly ten years, Ms. Granoff was employed at the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, first as Counsel, and than as Senior Counsel. In this capacity, she reviewed thousands of files for potential ethical violations, prosecuted cases of attorney misconduct, assisted with the resolution of attorney complaints and gave ethical opinions in a wide variety of law.

Her experiences within the ARDC Commission are brought to the viewer as examples and anecdotes that deepen the understanding and remove the potential fears of the ARDC.

This seminar provides the viewer with:

·         an increased knowledge of the ARDC’s internal policies and procedures.

·         assistance in handling potential ethical violation claims presented to the ARDC.

·         the caselaw and foundations of professionalism violations before the Supreme Court.

·         a resource to utilize if they are ever one of the 5% of attorneys (statistic from 2008) who are complained of to the ARDC.
