Prof. William Goren, author of Understanding The Americans with Disabilities Act, Third Edition, ABA press, March 2010, presents a snapshot of his book, laying a groundwork for attorneys to not only recognize Americans with Disabilities Act issues with clients, but also to be able to have a starting point for a deeper understanding of ADA issues and caselaw.
