Description:

This program presents an overview of what to do should your client be the target of a government investigation.

This program examines the various federal and state agencies that an investigative notice will most likely arrive from.  Additionally, the program provides information on the next steps after an investigation has started such as, preserving records and retaliation, contacting the investigator, meeting with the client and the investigation itself.

This program will provide the participant with the knowledge and tools necessary to aid their client in a workplace or government investigation.
