This program presents the changes to Title 35 of the United States Code the patentability of inventions defined under Sections 100-105 U.S. Patent Laws and how they relate to real case law.

The seminar covers the most important patent law changes of 2012 through 2013. It begins with an examination  of judicial decisions which address patent eligibility in the health care and computer related technologies. The seminar goes on to address several provisions of the America Inventors Protection Act including third party submissions filing deadlines, derivation proceedings, and micro entities.
