Juvenile Law is an in-depth examination of the recent changes that have been made to laws regarding minors in the following areas: drugs, alcohol, sex offenders and offenses, child abuse, gangs, and schools. Key terms are defined in each section and the changes made to the laws are clearly stated followed by the court case that made the decision.

Furthermore, the importance of juvenile confession officers and the difference between voluntary and involuntary confessions is discussed. Expungement, offenses against children, and juvenile records are also thoroughly explained through the use of examples and defined terms.
