This program discusses Checking Systems with regards to the basics of conflicts, what firms need, who you and your firm represent as well as how to check that your firm is not representing two opposing parties. This program provides viewers with effective methods to ensure they are in compliance with Illinois Rules of Professionalism Conduct 1.7-1.14, 1.18 and 5.4.
